From your end, it’s simple — you lease the property to us like any long-term tenant. We handle all guest management, cleaning, and communication. You just enjoy consistent rent without the stress of managing tenants.

Won’t having different guests in and out cause more damage or wear and tear on my property?

Actually, the opposite — your home is cleaned and inspected between every stay. We treat your home like a business asset: clean, maintained, and monitored.

How do you make sure guests are responsible and won’t cause problems with frequent turnover?

We screen every guest, requiring verified IDs, positive reviews, and deposits. We limit occupancy and enforce strict no-party, no-smoking policies.

What about noise, complaints from neighbors, or HOA concerns — how do you handle those?

We only operate where short-term rental is allowed and follow all local laws. We set clear quiet hours, enforce guest limits, and actively monitor for any violations.

What if guests cause damage to my property?

We carry comprehensive liability and property damage insurance, in addition to the platforms $3M Host Guarantee and $1M Host Protection Insurance. We also collect security deposits from guests and cover any repairs under $500 directly, so you’re never left with surprise costs.

Will I still get paid if the unit is empty?

Yes. You receive your agreed-upon rent every month, on time, regardless of occupancy. Our business model relies on keeping your property booked — but your income is never dependent on guest stays.
